Hadi's Story

In September of 2017, Hadi's twin brother, Zakaria threw a book at him. We didn't think much of Hadi's black eye at the time, but then we noticed additional bruises on his back. After a stay at the Fairfax INOVA hospital, Hadi was diagnosed with aplastic anemia.

“Team Watience” is a phrase that Hadi came up with, a combination of "We Got This and Team Patience."
